I became a member of Motueka Gold Club in 1997 at the age of 14. I took up the game after caddying for my Dad and his golf buddies one day. I quickly gained a handicap and got involved in Club days. Between 2001 – 2007 I played in many Provincial and National tournaments throughout New Zealand. Highlights include being the Motueka Golf Club Women’s Champion four times, winning the Nelson Provincial Matchplay Championships four times, becoming Canterbury Strokeplay Champion in 2005 and reaching the final in the Canterbury Matchplay Championships in 2005 and 2006. My most cherished memories come from playing No1 for the Tasman Women’s Inter provincial team for 6 years.

In July 2007, I was fortunate enough to become the resident NZPGA Trainee Gold Professional for the Club under the watchful eyes of Ken Allan and Glyn Delany.

I enjoy the company of the members and take great pleasure in coaching Juniors and Seniors, helping them develop their golfing skills.
